If I have enough cash to buy 300 acres when I'm 80, I hope to instead be on a big boat with a pallet of top shelf liquor and about 6-9 Brazilian hookers.
And better yet if the boat moves enough seasonally that we can vary the hooker flavor to, say, Argentines, Swiss, Portugese, Italian, French, Australian, Thai, etc.
