Mather, Manitoba		30 year loan lol

One older gentleman just went and killed himself (6 years ago). Bunch of the newer stuff never made it to the estate auction. Never made a payment on any of it. Just signed and took delivery.

He didnt do himself in for financial reasons. Had major medical issues.
