However not too far from our area in eastern Mahaska county which I’d classify as southern iowa the ground over by Oskaloosa, cedar, Fremont, etc. little area in there I’d put with any dirt in the world. I have a couple buddies from over there they can grow 250 in a bad year.. i don’t want I know what they get in a good year lol. However ground that sells over there is going 15k+ Minimum.
Not only the soil types, but also the weather patterns for the last 10-15 growing seasons have been massively different in that small amount of miles. |
