Nw Iowa | The biggest problems though are when Mom or Dad promise someone something and than don’t reflect that in the will. In our off farm business we work with a lot of estates and estate attorneys will tell you is that Mom and Dad didn’t want to deal with any thing and dumped into the kids with no explicit instructions, just thinking everybody will get along and split everything up just fine. My wife and I have already started to split property and farm and non farm assets in the will so that there is a clear plan. | |
