The best part , at least here in Canada if the brother and brother alone is the name beneficiary on the policy the money is shielded if he were ever to get divorced... which I'm guessing is in the cards if the she devil is excluded via the life insurance policy. Should the brother choose to share with his wife thats his decision, but at least if leaves the OP and rest of the family with clean hands. |
