Was behind a gentleman in the grocery check out line Thursday and he was discussing with the checker the price of his Lifesavers roll candy, wintergreen. I don't remember what the cost of a roll of Lifesavers was when I was a kid, but it sure as the dickens wasn't the $4.99 plus tax that he paid.
