You can still be found innocent on a technicality of proper handling of evidence, but you can’t be found guilty when their is improper handling of evidence. This was proven by OJs guilt in the civil case. Unfortunately you can’t be tried twice for the same crime, so OJ avoided the guilt in the criminal case. So to answer your question, I feel OJ did murder.
No, you can be found "not guilty" on a technicality, but not found "innocent". There's a difference, and it makes a difference.
But I also believe that OJ got away with murder. The "glove" thing was pitiful. Anyone that wears gloves could tell what he did to make it "not fit". |
