Well he was in handcuffs, there were several policemen at the scene. If several policemen can't subdue a handcuffed suspect then I'm not sure why they don't just get back in their squad car and go write parking tickets or guard a donut shop or something less dangerous. If the cops just want to go execute handcuffed people then maybe they should go to Russia or Iran where the govts allow that sort of behavior.
Have any of us been thrown on the ground by police ? i bet none .
