Used by people with proper training, fentanyl is a very useful medication.
Then again, medical people know that when they hear a dosage for fentanyl over 50 MICROgrams, they're going to check, double-check and triple-check the dosage before administration, and then double-check that they have Naloxone in sufficient quantity on hand before administering the fentanyl.
Knew fentenal was bad ....... but shocked
