Paradise KS | We bought an electric chain saw. It’s nice for small jobs. But a 12” with two batteries was about 800 dollars….those two batteries won’t handle a decent sized tree. Then have to wait a couple hours to charge batteries.
Always gotta have the 18” gas powered to get real work done.
At this time cordless is all about convenience. The more convenience you want the more you have to spend= more batteries. Since you can’t just swap batteries on vehicles at this time they are limited in their use. And since our power grid can’t handle charging them all anyways this is all a moot point.
