That being said, if it was me, the only way I’d switch to tmr is if I could lose the full time job and just farm. Sounds like you’re spread pretty thin already. The lower cog with tmr isn’t worth much if you can’t get them fed right, and as long as you plan to stay with critters that require a high energy diet to get fat you may as well stick with stuffers.
And another note about time. Those younguns are only going to require more of your time as they age in the next few years. Make sure you give them the time they need. There aren’t any do overs on that crop! Good luck and God Bless. | |
