Thanks for all the input. We do have it dug up at the fence line. I found a local guy who will bring a hydro jet tile cleaner out and has scoping capabilities. It is only $150 for the first hour and $90 for each subsequent hour, so I thought that was reasonable, especially compared to what we were looking at. At this point we are thinking of cleaning what we can and hooking on to the original tile, and then, possible running our own as well if that is not draining as it should. We will see what happens in the next couple days if the fields are dry enough to get in. I will try to post back with the results.
