I know there has to be many honest renters like you out there. Someone in our family used to rent their land out on shares, tried several renters, gave up and rented it out for cash. They must think landlords don't check other yields in the area. If I rented on shares, I would want my landlord to be ecstatic with the yields.
How will you explain $8.00 and $17.00 to your landlords?
