"Buy land when possible " I like that. Last Thursday I spent all day with some fcs bankers looking at 1400 acres of land. Thats a heck of a chunk to bite off. My pencil is not sharp enough! I could not even get the interest paid. So I will have to keep looking. Have a safe spring and summer!
