Great suggestion.  After telling them that you won't have to worry about explaining anything as they will get a new tenant. 

Or, if the above is not the direction you take, you might show them the following example using approximate numbers.

For 2021 corn price $5.00 x 200 bu equals $1,000 per acre. For 2022 corn price is $8 x 200 bu equals $1600.  Show them how your expenses have increased $600 or more per acre. That should be easy enough.******
