Since it doesnt rain out there you can get by with a pit , here it would be full of water. The drying floors are nice but ya do loose a foot of space. And augers arent all bad nowadays with swing hoppers . before them it was a pain to hook and unhook, now with hyd raise its easy. But I always thought legs were on places with money, They were always on the nice painted and mowed up farmsteads.
