took mine off in about 50min used the 693 corn head and it seemed to hold it fine(had loader tractor w/forks and  chains hook up just in case) but took tractor off after i supported bck of feeder house with a couple of 4x4 and didnt think i needed tractor to put it back on worked fine! the other thing i did was to put 6x6 blocks under corn head parking stands that let head tip forward more worked fine having the feeder house off really makes it easy to check out every thing and replace anything that may look iffy
