Inject them pork butts with about 2 oz. of Morton tenderquick dissolved in about a cup of water for a 8-9 pounder and let them sit for 24 hours. Put them in a tinfoil roasting pan an smoke on 180 for about 4 hours. add some apple juice in roaster pan and tent with tinfoil and turn up heat to 300 for another 4 hours. make sure pan stays at least half full of juices.  I usually do 2 at a time on Treager.  If you get them done only need a fork to pull apart.   Add juices from pan when you are pulling apart. 

  Get about half the weight you started with from a bone in shoulder.   Delicious.  Oh and the best B sauce on the planet.
