Chris Lilly pork butt injection recipe. I omit the salt as there is plenty in the rubs i use. I go with a combination of Harleys seasoning salt and Lawrys. I inject and apply rub and let it sit overnight in fridge.
Pork Injection
3/4 cup Apple Juice
1/2 cup Water
1/2 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Salt
2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
