north central Ohio | I try to smoke at least 1.5 hours per pound minimum up to 2 hours per pound but they get done sooner if you don’t want it as smokey. I just pit mine in smiker and let it go till done just making sure water bowl doesn’t go empty. Just rub mine with brown sugar bourbon for smoking and then make a bbq sauce when we serve from dr pepper vinager and sweet baby rays that is really good. | |
