I know friends and family that farm in various parts of the state. Generally those that were expecting poor crops are getting much better than expected. That might still be a bit below APH but I have yet to hear of very poor yields except for the one certain poster on here and quite frankly I am not sure that much of what he says is fact. But it is humorous. Glad your yields are better than you thought. Those cool August temps really helped grain fill. I think the bean number for Illinois will be going up based on what I see and hear.
There is a corn field couple miles from where I live that is farmed by another person ,made 35 bu. Knew there would be some low yielding corn around but didn't expect anything quite that low.
