Southwest OK | I wouldn’t worry to much about burning that bridge. If he never looked at them good chance he won’t stay in business for much longer. I believe that is called dereliction of duty. His job is to represent the cattle as they are. He didn’t do that very well. He needs to do everything he can for the buyer to make it right.
I would probably work with him on this correction, but doubt there would be any other chances for miscommunication.
It would be interesting to hear the order buyers version of events. | |
