| Lots of information missing here. What kind of order buyer doesn’t look at the cattle? I agree with LKM, the slide was already there to cover the mis judged weight. I’d have told him he owned those cattle.
Everything here is sold direct in load lots. We always weigh some before agreeing on price. Just too much risk in guessing.
Since you already gave his money back, I’d tell him he owes you one. If he doesn’t make it right, find a buyer that actually does his job. | |
