I agree with this theory whole hearted. I wish 5 years ago I would've spent 150k on bins and a dryer instead of bunker silos. My nutritionist at the time talked me into tmr feeding. Now we switched gears and they store machinery now. Tmr feeding seems fine when it's sunny and 75. It sucks when it's -20 before windchill. If I ever finish holsteins again, it'll be with stuffers.
