But they imply as though they get a cheaper tract forty miles away as opposed to the adjoining piece. And that tract forty miles away has adjoining owners that most certainly want to add to their base, sorry, gonna agree to disagree. Those guys from 40 miles away are looking for deals, otherwise what’s the point? Might as well stay home.
