But they imply as though they get a cheaper tract forty miles away as opposed to the adjoining piece. And that tract forty miles away has adjoining owners that most certainly want to add to their base, sorry, gonna agree to disagree.
You would be wrong, there are certain areas that local land owners are less aggressive when it comes to buying land. Son and I own 320 acres 20 miles from home, reason own it there was because of price. Move it to where I am located would probably add another 25- 30 % to price to buy it.
