Please explain?
Just started a supercycle where 30yr interest can be locked in for the lowest amount historically recorded. 3% interest, 15% inflation. Last supercycle lasted 10years after 5 year period of stagflation. This time we have had 10 years stagflation, covid, and a govt who literally cant print it as fast as they spend it......
So my question is what would be your definition of "overleveraged"? The advice your giving seems a little vague.
Thanks
