Unless you live in SE Arkansas where there’s no competition. A lot of my cost was self inflicted. Filled dirt in over the side of a hill. The footings(15 of them 10 feet deep took as much concrete as the slab. The retaining wall took more concrete than the above two combined. Should have built a ranch style home and none of this expense would have been necessary.
