When the sisters go to the big city and never lifts a finger to help mom and pop and leave the brother to work for free while mom and pop stacks the dollar bill up like a skyscraper and run off to the lake or go to winter vacations in Arizona. The sisters are the first to plan on selling the land out from under the son that stayed back.
