northwest Missouri | Not in that position but my thoughts are by letting them operate land they will have good cash flow to help make payments. If they are just employees how do they gain any equity and they won’t have as many opportunities as they are looked at as employees by others. This plant does does not work if a generation is completely concerned with money over legacy. I would be willing to pledge equity or co-sign a loan. There is a fine line between helping the next generation and giving it to them. I’m not sure where the line is drawn. Some people can’t be given enough and others get some help and flourish on their own. This works until it doesn’t. | |
