Eastern, IN | I couldn’t agree more. Our kids became part owner in our properties when they were still in school (I was in my 40s). I would rather work with them and watch them become successful then to have them be $10/ hour employees and watch them struggle.
Not that it matters but while kids were becoming owners of our land, my father was taking his to his grave. It wasn’t until my father had a health scare when he was in his 70s did he decide he might not live forever. | |
