Colby, Kansas | We have irrigated continuous corn and continuous sorghum fertility trials in western Kansas that have some plots where no N or P has been applied since 1960. Didn't take many years into the study to see the ROI on fertility. Those check plots today average around 70 bu/ac year in / year out while the fertilized treatments are going 200+ in corn and 150+ in sorghum.
However this is done by a university so I guess take it for what its worth, not sure I understand your comment.
