 Texas/New Mexico Stateline | I only like it in moderation, and leftovers are only worth eating just to not waste it.
I tried smoking one a couple months back, then chopping it up fine, adding BBQ sauce and it made some very tasty sandwiches. Smoked it a couple hours open in a foil pan, then added almost a whole quart of beef broth, and covered tight with foil. Cooked it about 250 in the oven a couple more hours.
