I like a good cut of roast beef cooked to medium rare. I do not like the pot roast style where you cook it till it falls apart. I also prefer poorer cuts cooked to medium rare but done very slowly (I do them at 200 till they get 120 then Crank the heat to sear the outside then pull them just before they get to rare) vs having them cooked as a pot roast.
Am I the only one who dislikes roast beef?
