If we had a justice system that wasn't tilted towards letting losers walk, this kinda stuff would be less likely. Had a couple cases of theft here too. Pisses a guy off. Police act like it's no big deal. And I get the fact that they have bigger fish to fry. But that only emboldens the losers.
