Bloomington and Putnam IL | Makes sense to me. I have had a shredded left knee since 1980. Lost 50# on low carb while running 125 miles a month and the pain went away. Been running over 180 miles a month since lock down (no off days because 5 and 10Ks don't "exist" anymore) and walking another 50 or so month with the puppy and had to add in more junk food and ice cream to maintain my 150 and bad knee is hurting again. Don't know if it's the extra miles or diet? I'll go back to low carb this week and see what happens. Hopefully knee feels better and I'll finally get down to my junior year of high school wrestling weight (145).
