Great to hear! If I ever consider going back to eating the way I did before, I remember those times on the floor in excruciating pain the no pain meds could touch not being able to sleep for 2-3 days at a time, wishing for mercy or relief!
I do follow Shawn Bakers content is amazing some of the Meatrx transformation documentaries can’t believe they are the same folks!
