| I go through it everyday with my dad. All I can say is we dont have the best relationship at times. So when I sit here and think about if I have any kids that are interested if we make it and I am ready to quit that I will just step aside and let them take the reins. Boy or girl or even both doesn't matter. I always say to myself that I will will never be like my dad. I will let them take over and step aside and work for them if they want me to. The problem with the older people now is there is a lot of old school in them that there is no changing and not very solid business decisions. Also if they are older they wont step aside because someone younger is there to do they work and they can just continue on and hurt the whole thing. You have to be willing to step aside and let someone else try and succeed even if they do it in a different way.
