staffa ontario | Sounds like a good deal for both parties is close at hand. Just a note about the seller staying in the house that needs to be agreed up front to the last detail. The seller I think should rethink staying in the house. 3 years down the road his buying power of this deal will diminish so the house he moves to will be more expensive than rite now. I know of a guy that sold his farm and stayed the the house for 5 years, then he built a new house in a local town and if took all he got for his farm to build the new house. He told my dad he should have built the house when he sold. Told father " don't do what I did" | |
