nw/nc iowa on the banks of West Buttrick Creek..

We have the option to send annual check to his stable brother and the lawyer is holding the deed. Still wonder if we have all the bases covered. But use of the house has me concerned, did it 50 years ago for the widow owner and all worked well, but that was 50 years ago.
