Make the contract non-transferable. Did a contract with 20 year old nephew and as soon as it was recorded the vultures started to circle wanting him to sell the contract at a considerable discount. We set it up so he would not have all the money at once and it was non-transferable. ^^^^ I had that happen. be sure who that you are going to be dealing with in down the road. have it in the contract that you can pay off early if needed. |
