Been some ground by me renting for $230+ I'm told. It's 150bu, maybe 180bu on good year. Paying those dollars doesn't make sense to me unless can raise 200bu COC year after year. I'd have to raise 45-50bu nongmo beans to make it worth my time. Our nongmo averaged 45 last year, some where 35 some 50+
