This is the best idea and one that costs you nothing. Take a 15 minute walk. Leave cell phone at home and just walk. I have no idea how it works but that little bit of exercise does it for me. Really stressed? Go for two walks like that a day. And then make a list of what needs to get done and keep updating said list as you cross off accomplishments.
