C IL | Kind of along the lines of the second paragraph - I suggest to try to focus on zone of control, not zone of concern.
Lots of things concern us, you can see it all the time here in the TPP (public policy, in this example). Of those things, we can only directly or indirectly control a portion (whether we vote, whether we are members of advocacy organizations, whether we call our public officials and comment, etc.).
I’m sorry you’ve have a tough week and month, and I agree with the guys who say to do something fun. I do believe the the more you focus on your personal Zone of control, I think you’ll find yourself less stressed.
