sw corner ia. | really glad you live in an area that never has anything go wrong. I would imagine if this is true land cost would be exponentially higher there as well. and if that is also true your tax man will reach in and get his pound of extra flesh too.
I have noticed that whenever outside forces see anyone who is getting more than they think is there share they find a way to extract it from you.
