You are pretty much wrong on all acts there. I own the 80 acres my farm sits on. Rent the other 2400. My application cost are under 15/ acre. Not much different then a tillage pass. I started farming in the 90's with pigs. That's been good to me and have grown since. I have 75% of my beans sold for 9.50-10 for dec - Jan. Delivery and 50% corn sold for March delivery 3.75-4. So yes it can be done with 0 inheritance. Have a wonderful day.
