Subject: RE: HIGH LAND RENT

McLeod County, MN
No.

He would be better off to be my neighbor and sell and apply hog manure for me and I would pay him handsomely for that service. Then he wouldnt have the expense of planting, spraying, harvesting, drying, and hauling twice in hopes of turning a profit at $370 rent with corn hovering around $4 on the board - basis.

We were also told the piece of ground wasnt the best so 250 yield is harder to obtain. Doesnt take much to knock out a high average and turn it into an ordinary average. Not sure why anyone would want to work that hard for free.
