Well for starters I have very little in fertilizer cost (hog manure) and I have my own application equipment. I can usually average closer to 250 for yield. Dry and store 100% of my crop. And have done a good job of marketing. It's not as hard as you may think. And no I don't run old equipment. It's all fairly new.





So your time, manure application equipment and the manure are free and you are marketing at the top of the market? Your not making what you think you are at $370 rent and the prices for the last 12 months. Perhaps you had a nice inheritance along the way that allows you to spread out cost on more acres.
