nc wisconsin | I understand growing conditions, fertility. basis levels etc, vary in different parts of the country but i just cant understand how and why someone would want to spend that much money to run their equip across some rental ground just growing corn or soy. Will crop insurance guarantee a profit? For that amount surprised more farmers dont just rent out their own land and take the cash rental money up front and run. I guess if you can make a high rate of profitability on it, more power to ya. | |
