I said, and truthfully, that the smaller elevators can't afford to enforce contracts through the courts so they don't write them anymore with many BTOs.  Maybe that's just a "here" thing, but why spend $100,000 to collect $50,000.  I know, the principle of the thing.  But principle doesn't pay the gas bill.

 And maybe in your area elevators only write basis contracts, so that means most of you guys are crooks?  I doubt that.  It's always a "here" thing so don't try to lay your values on other parts of the country.
